Started my path training in Shotokan karate, and reached the heights of Sensei. Then, moral choices needing to be made, I emptied myself of all goals, and followed the call in my heart to be true to myself. I walk the path of the Way. I have achieved the rank of Nidan in Kyokushin karate. I am an Internationally recognized Shodan in other organizations. The views, and information expressed on my weblog are personal.

You will be seeing a picture of me wearing my favorite color soon
Hello dear friends,
As promised to you 2 weeks ago, I am happy, proud, and honored to announce that I have earned the rank of 2nd kyu, Brown belt in Kyokushin Karate.
(I will insert a picture here as soon as I am able)
Thank you everyone, I appreciate your kind words of support.
*Big smile of inner satisfaction, and peace.*
markstraining.com, I have wondered about that concept: Do tests become "harder" as we advance in grade? I am entertaining the thought that since we are testing to the fullness of our capacity of that moment, each test should be just as "hard". Just a thought.
Not bad. Not bad at all, Mireille! :-)
